Major Feelings

This book pulls from three intersecting narratives: the cultural history of Asians in America, excerpts from Cathy Park Hong’s Minor Feelings, and my own coming-of-age experiences as a first-generation Taiwanese American in the South. Part-archive and part-commentary, I splice emails, text messages, poems, photographs, journal entries, and other source materials. The contemporary and historical artifacts hang together and invite you to fill in the gaps.
